Rolf Morstadt
WAX & MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST

Rolf Morstadt serves as a long ting time independent consultant for OEM’s and Tier suppliers.
He is currently on an assignment in China for a Chinese enterprise (HiMax – Taier) to expand their wax product portfolio.Â
As the official Chief consultant he has the task to expand business into global OEM’s in China and with new product lines (Zero Emission and water based) to reduce the carbon foot print of supplier and OEM.
Rolf has been conducting extensive feasibility studies in Mainland China, Indonesia and other SEA countries for all wax products in 2018 and 2019 (EMS Eftec China).Â
He is a true global personality, successfully introduced wax products for Pfinder of Germany into the North and /South American market and developed afterwards the Bus & Truck business globally for Pfinder .
Rolf served many years as R&D developer for PVC plastisol’s and adhesives at EMS Eftec in Switzerland, USA and for Waxes in their UK facility, later years as Key account manager (technical & sales) for Eftec Americas and wax development R&D onsite developer at Eftec UK.

Rolf is an extremely team oriented and cultural very adaptable person. He recently replaced all waterborne waxes from Pfinder in Germany with a newly developed Zero Emission at BMW in China with a full-service approach and two plants in continental Europe. Ken Petty

Ken Petty has extensive experience in Automotive Tier 1 suppliers for automotive plastic components, and 6 years as a independent consultant for OEM’s and Tier Ones. Ken also has 13 plus years as a adjunct professor of plastic technology at Macomb Community College,and Oakland Community College. Ken’s educational experience, B.S.I.E., M.B.A.,and he is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
With 40 plus years of experience leading application development programs, engineering solutions for production issues and quality improvements. His areas of specialization are, plastic injection molding, injection molding tooling, part assembly, and greenfield plant development in South America.
His former VP of Engineering stated Ken has the ability to pull together a diverse group of plant and corporate associates to successfully resolve issues, meet project timelines and budget. “Ken has the ability to connect from janitor to judge to get the train back on the tracks.”
